Puzzle Pots

Generic terracotta and cement planter pots do little to save space with their conical shapes, making them less than ideal for compact living spaces. The Ma-ce-ta series resolves this issue with a collection of pots in varied size and geometric shape that fit together like a puzzle. The modular series makes it possible to create an indoor garden that’s custom-taylored to spatial requirements while it’s clean, minimal, white aesthetic compliments a variety of interior styles.

Cookware Evolution

Stone is a project that looks at how induction cooking hobs could be used to power everyday kitchen appliances like toasters and kettles, as well as how induction cooking could improve everyday cooking instruments such as grills and saucepans. The result is an aesthetic and functional evolution of cookware that is made of sustainable porcelain and birch, completely wireless, free of electrical components, and capable of being served directly from the stove to the table!

The Magic of Flambé

Inspired the 1815 creation, the Davy lamp, Fiery sets a new standard in restaurant styled cooking at home. Encouraging one to discover new tastes and flavors, Fiery actually allows you to flambé food without the worry of the fire. The appliance uses a wire mesh to isolate flame, making it easy to use and impress family and friends. Simply pour the liquor in a pan or a plate, press the button to ignite the fire, and then remove it when the flame turns off. Exciting!

Fiery is a 2012 Electrolux Design Lab entry.
