Foxy Reflection

The latest from Yashesh Virkar’s flora and fauna-influened product line, the Fox mirror is a twist on the classic oval wall-mount design that features a remarkable mosaic of a fox head. At first glance it looks like one unlucky, broken mirror- but a closer look reveals an abstraction complete with familiar-looking pointed ears and sloped eyes.

Mirror Camouflages

Mirror City Timelapse

Déjà auteurs de plusieurs vidéos en time-lapse, Michael Shainblum revient avec « Mirror City », un travail époustouflant utilisant des images prises dans plusieurs grandes villes américaines dont certaines parties sont démultipliées de façon kaléidoscopiques. Une création splendide, sublimée par le morceau de Bassnectar.

Refined Ripples

The Extraction Quattro washbasin achieves its elegant form by being  cut and turned from a single piece of ripple-shaped stone. The resulting piece mimics the ripple in a smooth, curvilinear and geometric bathroom centerpiece. A perfect compliment to the basin, the extra cut-out material from the original stone makes for a great wall ornament. At a glance, the basin appears to have fallen directly from the wall and onto the surface of the counter!

Interactive Angle Mirrors

Daniel Rozin est un artiste basé à New York qui imagine des sculptures très intéressantes. Avec sa dernière création « Angle Mirrors », l’artiste nous propose un bloc triangulaire parsemé d’indicateurs qui permet de réagir à la présence du visiteur en face. Une création visuellement très réussie est à découvrir en vidéo.
