Eco-Airliner

The Ecologic Aircraft by designer Daphnis Fournier aims to be the first fully electric passenger plane, utilizing an inflatable structure above the main cabin that contains flexible photovoltaic panels to collect solar energy while flying above the clouds. For efficiency during take-off (when the most power is lost) the “balloon” remains flat, inflating only after reaching a maximum altitude.

The Hexicopter

Designed for disaster rescue and other squad-based missions, the Hatchet unmanned copter concept utilizes not one, not 2, not 3… but a 6 rotor design that gives it superior maneuverability and mid/low altitude stability beyond that of ordinary helicopters. Modular components can be interchanged for different missions so it’s capable of both surveying areas for preliminary reconnaissance and performing rescues or even fire extinguishments, making it a versatile tool for a variety of operations.
 
Other on-board equipment includes an infrared scanning imager, instant photography live-feed cameras, and an unmanned control system for operation from the ground.

Flight Simulation Center

Nike Air Hangar

Découverte des clichés de ce nouvel hangar à avion privé, conçu par la marque Nike et situé près de leur siège historique (Portland). Intitulé le “Nike Air Hangar”, il abrite 3 jets Gulfstream G5 pour des déplacements et voyages d’affaires, ainsi que d’un salon, suites et un espace de réunion.
