2D Smart Kitchen is a wall mounted kitchen concept that hosts interactive modules and appliances. This full set of kitchen appliances automatically prepares your meals and gives you ample space and time, whist cooking you the perfect meal. The entire wall is an interactive touch screen and showcases recipes and the ingredients.

• All the doors of the machines are made from illuminated glass.
• On the touch screen wall you can adjust colors and brightness levels to suit your mood.

Purion is an ion air purifier designed as an integration into a traditional Agungi – or Korean fireplace made of natural stone and soil. While heating, the main device purifies and sterilizes air in the room while portable stick ionizers are charged wirelessly in the Agungi’s opening. Each can then be carried to other spaces in the home where they emit negative ions.

A temporary store for stuff designed to help users evade detection? Such is the lowdown pop-up now operating at New York’s New Museum, which has given over its ground-level selling space to the Privacy Gift Shop. Stop in through September 22 to stock up on clothing and accessories that protect against various methods of surveillance.

Designed by artist Adam Harvey and fashion designer Johanna Bloomfield, the “stealth wear” on offer includes a metallized silk scarf (inspired by Muslim dress) that protects against thermal imaging surveillance, a dollar bill-sized wallet insert made of copper fabric to thwart would-be RFID skimmers, and an optical character recognition-resistant version of the iconic “I ♥ NY” t-shirt.

As a resident of Mumbai, I always took pride in the fact that this city was pretty safe for women. Recent events has shocked us all, and also created the need for more props that help protect women effectively and timely. The Safe Light is one such device that integrates, a torch light with a hot key for help with the local police and GPS chip to help locate the distressed woman.

Essentially this torch light has a button that can be used during distress, which immediately notifies the local police and mobilizes them to reach the spot ASAP.
