Missile-proof Your iPad

The Tank was developed for the extreme iPad user (and those who are just plain accident prone!). The rigid aluminum case matches the minimal Apple aesthetic and was designed to protect all of the most vulnerable parts of your precious iPad. The top and bottom shells fit snugly around the exterior while an ultrathin polymeric membrane buffers contact between the metal and glass. The raised X pattern isn’t just for looks; it also prevents scratches and reduces pressure. Own it here!

Simply flip to the top over and the clasp automatically raises to give the iPad a 14-degree angle for easy, comfortable typing.

My Next iPad

Basically Apple has toted with shape and size more than anything else for the two devices. Designer Ricardo Luis Monteiro Afonso (love the name!) has his own vision for the tablet. It’s sleek, its sexy and its transparent! Now that’s something different right!

Un paio di settimane fa sono stato invitato alla presentazione delle nuove app per iPad realizzate da Condé Nast per le testate di Wired e GQ Italia. Il design dell’interfaccia è stato ripensato interamente ad hoc per una fruizione dei contenuti veloce e coinvolgente. Pagine e illustrazioni che si animano, contenuti extra video e una gestione dell’advertising più mirata e intelligente. Insomma dimenticatevi i soliti pdf da sfogliare ma qualcosa di decisamente altro livello.
