Video Style Steal: Shakira’s “Give It Up To Me”
Posted in: Uncategorized  | I’m not embarrassed to admit that I still request “She Wolf” every time I hit the dance floor (what can I say? It’s the perfect girls-night anthem!), but Shakira is movin’ on full-steam ahead. Her latest video for the single “Give It Up To Me” is a little more collaborative (hey Lil Wayne!) and a little less… well, naked (did you see that cut-up catsuit she wore last time?). While we can go ahead and skip that whole multi-armed Statue of Liberty-inspired ensemble, her other two video outfits can easily be translated from her scantily-clad step team to real-world streetwear. After all, everyone can appreciate a good pair of flat leather boots and a cute military cap to save you from bad hair days (not like Shakira herself ever experiences any of those!).
