The designer known for fun sun and surfwear has put together an impressive collection for the retailer, mixing surf staples like short shorts and floral prints with edgy jackets and mod zipper dresses, and it will be available in select Target stores and online on May 17th! Our must-haves include a colorful striped cardigan, a sixties-inspired floral minidress, and those oh-so-cute bloomers.
