D.I.Wild!

Now your desk can take a walk on the wild side with this cutesy, novel twist on a few familiar items that are not only DIY, but flat-pack-ready and eco-friendly! Cut from recycled cardboard sheets, the ECO DIY Collection includes a lamp, clock, speakers, pen holder and bookmark. The Hunger Table

Every year 15 million children die of hunger. 925 million people are malnourished. Every 3.6 seconds someone dies of hunger. These are just a few of the facts that inspired this thoughtful design, the Hunger Table. The multi-wood, pie chart table top represents these statistics so that those dining on it will be mindful of others starving around the world. It’s a tangible reminder of an easily overlooked problem and a great example of bringing awareness in a clever and impacting way.

Circles & Squares

I minimal mixture of circles and squares is what makes up the very simple and charming Snövsen desktop lamp by Danish design studio, MadeByWho. 4 Danish maple wood pieces for support, a thin painted ceramic shade, and a single bright LED are all that go into the construction, making it cost efficient to manufacture and very lightweight. Leave it to the Danes!

Origami Glow

Light In The Clouds

Simply love this elegant amalgamation of glass and bulb to create a magical lamp. Cleverly titled Untitled Collaboration Work, the lamp sees the blossoming of a unique partnership between product designer Design-JAY and glass-blowing professional Yoowan Yang. Handmade glass, natural cork and 20 watt light bulb is all that they needed to create this beauty.

Automatic Grill Light

This idea was born in a backyard and will leave you wondering, “why didn’t I think of that!?” – The GRILLIT light attaches to any outdoor grill to provide instant illumination to the cooking space each time the hood is opened. Simply slide and twist the barrel to direct light where needed. It’s a great “set it and forget it” solution!
