Posted in: UncategorizedFurniture: Tolix Tabouret Stool
Posted in: UncategorizedFrom Janet:
I’m in the market for counter stools, so I immediately zeroed in on the high-backed Tolix industrial stools in this week’s Baileys Cafe post. In the US, the backless version, called the Marais, is available at DWR. However, it took a bit of sleuthing to turn up its cousin, the Tabouret H75 Stool with a Short Back, which is available in the US through Melissa Edelman Antiquaire, a Chicago-area dealer who represents the full line of Tolix industrial chairs, stools, tables, and lockers in an array of custom colors. The 29.5-inch stool is $420 for a painted finish and $450 for raw steel in a matte or shiny finish (other size options are available). Because the stools are custom ordered, delivery takes approximately 10 weeks—well worth the wait. In France, the Tabouret stools are available through OK XO for €235; many are in stock, as an added bonus.
Below: The high-backed Haute Tabouret Tolix is available from Loft Butik for €269.
Magazine Holder
