Runway Inspiration: Embellished Tights

From loads of crystals on a plain old tee to a fully jewel-encrusted mini dress, I’m definitely guilty of loving all things sparkly and shiny. As if the jeweled trend couldn’t get any more popular, we now have bedazzled legwear. Armani and Miu Miu gave us socks and Doo.Ri, Ungaro and Zac Posen showed tights that were beaded, jeweled and printed to perfection. They’re a great way to upgrade some of your already stellar fall looks with a rather small investment (this is, unless you’ve got your sights set on the pair shown at Miu Miu… those will set you back $435). Cynthia Rowley makes a great pair of jewel encrusted black ones, or if you’re feeling a little rock ‘n roll, a pair covered in studs.
