Cloud is the latest of the instant file sharing apps. Cloud is built with plugins in mind, and comes with a bunch built-in. They’re called “Raindrops”, and the default ones include actions for uploading selected songs in iTunes, or selected photos in iPhoto, or shortening the URL of the frontmost Safari window (which isn’t quite file sharing, but Cloud has its own short URL domain at cl.ly so you can see why they’re doing it), and some others. More are available to download once you’ve installed the app.
