Wanted: Designer Who Gathers No Moss

RS rs.jpgSure, the latest issue of Rolling Stone features a shirtless, drowsy John Mayer on its cover (and the cover line “Dirty Mind, Lonely Heart”), but the magazine still rocks, and it is in want of design assistance. Rolling Stone and the other Wenner Media-owned titles (Us Weekly and Men’s Journal, who also can’t get enough of Mr. Mayer—we smell synergies!) are on the hunt for a crackerjack promotion design coordinator to join the subscriptions department. The chosen one’s responsibilities will include “in-house design, managing outsourced creative, and trafficking production” for Wenner’s stable of “image-conscious” magazines. Come prepared with strong opinions on the graphic design of the new Vampire Weekend album.
