Montreal-based design studio Dynamo has just released Status: Volume 1, a self-published collection of “inspiring, funny, say-what status messages from both sides of the Atlantic,” in hopes of inspiring “online networking socialites everywhere to start writing status messages worth reading.” The book is so lavishly designed that it’s almost inappropriate to its casual content, but maybe that’s what an homage is all about.

The 88-page book is available in both French and English, and, according to Dynamo, is just the first in a series. We’re wondering if they might start yet another, entitled Tweet. Get it here for 20 bones. More shots after the jump.
