Man I wish it was the holidays again, not for the family or the presents but beause i just found this NY Magazine article where Wylie Dufresne gives you all the recipeies for an 8 course meal. Maybe you dont like christmas, maye you would want Thomas Keller’s take on the The Perfectionist’s Thanksgiving or Anthony Bourdain’s Hedonist’s New Year’s Brunch.
