Today’s smart stuff is a teapot, but not just any old teapot. Firstly, it’s ceramic, which is claimed to be the best for good tea. Secondly, it has two smart containers or saddlebags where you can put your teabag(s) after dunking them in the hot water, thus avoiding messing up the tabletop or your saucer. The website claims that this particular teapot is based on a fifties design, but we’ve never seen anything like it before.
