It’s fitting that you would pay extra special attention to what goes on your feet since you’ll be on them all night, dancing it away! And of course, the wrong pair of heels could destroy your outfit — you don’t want to be the stand-out girl in the prom group pic with an embarrassing set of mom’s couture-crumbling, hand-me down backups. While a great pair of shoes can match any outfit, an affair as awesome as prom is a case for some new kicks. The old, “your shoes MUST match your bag” rule has been modified since its old-wives’ era inception, but like your prom bag, your shoe choice should still be a conscientious compliment to your outfit.
