The New York Public Library recently unveiled a new logo that was designed in-house under the direction of the NYPL’s Art Director, Marc Blaustein. The redesign keeps many of the original elements, but is graphically simplified which gives it a contemporary look while still maintaining the sense of pride and dignity that the old mark evoked. Well done!
