pExciting! Jill Singer and Monica Khemsurov of a href=”http://www.sightunseen.com”Sight Unseen/a have brought designers, design brands and local businesses together to present the new a href=”http://www.nohodesigndistrict.com/”Noho Design District/a for the first time during this year’s New York Design Week. Events include exhibitions, pop up shops, open studios and performances. Nine events, clustered mainly on Great Jones Street and Bond St. between Lafayette and the Bowery, will kick of on Saturday night, creating a festival-like atmosphere in the neighborhood./p

pAreaware will celebrate its 5th anniversary, Roll Hill will debut first lighting collection, The Future Perfect will present new furniture, Stephen Burks of Ready Made Projects sells gently-used objects from designers personal collections, and more. We’ll preview each of these events individually, so be on the lookout./p
