The Houdini Dinner Chair and Opera ceiling lamp will debut next month in Milan:

CTRLZAK Art & Design Studio led by Thanos Zakopoulos & Katia Meneghini will be present at SaloneSatellite during the Design Week of Milan 2009. ‘REMEDITATE’ is the new series of everyday objects inspired by the medical world exploring elements of critical irony in relation to their function and origins. The collection is going to be presented as an art installation where clear-cut furniture, lamps and accessories will compose an austere, almost clinical space. Tables supported by orthopaedic supports, chairs with a straight-jacket embrace and lamps of chirurgical origins are some of the objects that you can find at stand D7 of SaloneSatellite from the 22nd to the 27th of April.
