pJeacute;rocirc;me Rigaud and Alex Bettler once again curated a collection of self produced objects inspired by food, but this time its coffee. The event is part of the Fa href=”http://foodmarketo.com/”ood Marketo/a series (a collaboration between the online shop a href=”http://designmarketo.com/”Design Marketo/a and a href=”http://www.apartamentomagazine.com/”Apartmento Magazine/a) and follows on from a similar show in Milan earlier this year, entitled Fruit Vegetables Vs. Designers./p

pemCoffee Friends by Amandine Alessandra is a plain white bistro tablecloth that reveals its pattern as coffee or tea is spilled on it: designed after the circle stains left by coffee cups, hundred of tiny smiling round faces appear on the fabric, sympathising with the clumsy guest./em/pa href=”http://www.core77.com/blog/london_design_festival_10/london_design_festival_2010_coffee_and_friends__17539.asp”(more…)/a
