Ordinary knife stands, knife blocks or knife holders have one problem in common. They take up space on the kitchen counter. This knife holder from Wusthof, though, offers an alternative. Mounted under a kitchen cabinet, it swings out to present the knives and back again to keep them out of sight. Clever.
