alt= //pppI’m fascinated by all things zombie. I think of all monster attacks I’d most prefer dealing with the walking dead since they have no real maliciousness and are only trying to sate their hunger for human flesh. My cousin who is a lawyer found an online resource for legal advice and sent me this link to a great post about the a href=http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/is-it-legal-to-kill-zombies–and-other-related-que-10088.htmllegalities of stopping zombies/a. It’s quite funny and informative, in case you ever are in a situation where you, the law, and a mob of shuffling dead should ever intersect./pp1. The consensus seems to be that you’re probably ok killing a zombie because you can’t kill what’s dead./pp2. If your friend is bitten by a zombie and is turning, wait until he/she is fully zombiefied before exterminating./pp3. You may run into legal trouble if there is still a court of law since desecrating the dead is illegal in most states./pp4. Also, if the zombie has living relatives you may also be liable for inflicting emotional distress to the decedent’s relatives. /pp5. More legal issues may arise for the discharge of a firearm within city limits. So if you’re in the country this is probably a non-issue. Or use a chainsaw.br //pp6. a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rob_ZombieRob Zombie/a and any of his so-named kin are not zombies in the technical undead definition. Kill at your legal peril.br //p/p
