We have another Chef’n product in use since a couple of years, the Rev’nChef herb chopper, and it works like a charm. Just put whatever herbs you want inside and pull on the string. Their new onion chopper (above) uses the same basic tech (a string like on a lawnmower) but on a bigger scale.
