On 1.5 acres of oceanfront property, every room has scenic views of the ocean and private beach. How are they green, you ask? All public and private areas have motion sensor lighting to make sure energy is efficiently used. All their new appliances are Energy Star rated and they even use solar panels to hear their relaxation pool! To conserve water, the toilets are all low water flush and they only use the dishwasher when it’s full. To top it all off, every guest room has recycling bins for paper, glass, and other recyclables.
