Dezeen promotion: these space-saving stoves by fireplace manufacturers MCZ are designed to fit into tight spaces.
Ventilation systems can be installed in the walls to allow flues and ducts to be hidden from view, so the stoves can sit right up against the partitions.
The shallow Flat, Flair and Philo stoves are all are designed for narrow spaces such as hallways.
The cylindrical Tube stove is more suitable for corner installation – see our previous story about it here.
Each stove is available with Comfort Air technology, which distributes the air heated by the stove to other rooms up to eight metres away through the ventilation system – more information here.
The MCZ group has been manufacturing fireplaces since the 1980s, and has previously released a combined TV and fireplace and an eco-stove that won the IF Product Design Award 2011 (Toba stove below).
