In fact, we think the perfect way to welcome the warmer weather is to plan a picnic with all our gal pals. And, we happen to have discovered a fantastic blanket for the occasion! Scottish designer Donna Wilson is well known in the U.K. for her knitted home accessories, and she’s just added a lovely outdoors piece to the collection. The Nos Da Picnic Blanket (named for a Welsh phrase meaning €œgood night€�) is woven in the traditional English double-cloth method. Offered in a vibrant Kelly green and ivory pattern, the blanket has a waterproof nylon backing to insulate you from cool or damp surfaces. That means no grass stains on those brand new flare jeans you just purchased!
