Yet all these elements combine into a dress that is actually quite simple and screaming for accessories. Wear it with a canvas tote and sneakers for a frolic in the park or a day of sailing. Then, slip on a pair of nude peep-toe pumps to give the appearance of super long legs under the short hemline. A mixed-metal, multi-chain necklace will look superb against the red.
