It’s a look that works with a variety of figure types, emphasizing hourglass shapes and adding curves to boyish figures. First popularized by the ladies of the 1950s, the cinch-waist full skirt has had many incarnations over the decade, from bias-cut flannel in the 70s to today’s more girly styles.
