The Design Researcher will be working with the ethnographic research team and the product design teams to articulate user needs visually, and help create planning tools that enable the design team to implement strategic design imperatives and solve unmet user needs. You will work under the tutelage of experienced researchers and with a multi-disciplinary design team to engage on projects at the earliest stages and follow through to helping create design solutions.
