Dom Pérignon’s master winemaker shares his secrets for making and drinking champagne with Cool Hunting Video

Having had the chance to meet Dom Pérignon’s Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroy when the label invited us to a
dinner at Versailles last fall, we thought we’d share a rarely-seen side of his approach to making one of the world’s best champagnes in this pair of videos. In the first, Geoffroy tells his personal story and helps explain his philosophy when it comes to drinking Dom.

The second video celebrates the launch of their 1990 Rosé Œnothèque with the winemaker’s attempt to demystify the subtle contradictions making this historic champagne a masterpiece.
