Dom Pérignon’s master winemaker introduces us to their first Rosé Œnothèque in this Cool Hunting Video

Having had the chance to meet Dom Pérignon’s Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroy when the label invited us to a
dinner at Versailles last fall, we thought we’d share a rarely-seen side of his approach to making one of the world’s best champagnes in this pair of videos. In the first video Geoffroy tells his personal story and helps explain his philosophy when it comes to drinking Dom.

This video celebrates the launch of the House’s 1990 Rosé Œnothèque, their first, with the winemaker’s attempt to demystify the subtle contradictions making this historic champagne a masterpiece.
