Five new brands to launch at The Temporium

Five new brands will launch their products at our Christmas pop-up store The Temporium, including a graduate accessory designer, a young duo making hi-tech jewellery and a brand-new fashion label.

Helena Westerlind

Helena Westerlind, who graduated from the Architectural Association this year, will launch her collection of hand-knotted rope neck pieces: www.knotted.me (website launches on 30 November).

The rope formations are inspired by techniques such as knitting and crochet and adapt to the shape of the body.

Logical Art

Royal College of Art graduates Hanhsi Chen and Yookyung Shin are launching Logical Art, a new brand producing products that merge jewellery and technology: www.logical-art.co.uk

Their first products, called Empty Memory, are a range of USB sticks made of hand-finished stainless steel.

Jardins Florian

Products from Jardins Florian, a new luxury brand created by designer Florian Gonzalez, will be shown in a retail environment for the first time, including scented candles developed in collaboration with organic spa brand ila: www.jardinsflorian.com

Jardins Florian are also bringing the limited edition Düsenjäger bike by Dutch company Vanmoof to The Temporium.

Justin Oh

Fashion designer Justin Oh is used to creating bespoke clothing for private clients and is launching a brand new range of bags and accessories at The Temporium: www.justinoh.co.uk

The line of cotton tote bags, cloth covered notebook sleeves and printed wallets are produced using natural fibres and sustainable methods.

Pom Pom Takoyaki

Finally, Pom Pom Takoyaki is a new company that makes delicious snacks inspired by traditional Japanese takayoki: www.pompomtakoyaki.com

Designers at The Temporium

The Temporium: Dominic Wilcox, Jaime Hayon, Paul Cocksedge

Designers including Jaime Hayon, Paul Cocksedge and Dominic Wilcox will create unique products and curate displays of their work at The Temporium, our Christmas shop taking place at 65 Monmouth Street in Seven Dials, Covent Garden, London from 1-24 December.

The Temporium: Dominic Wilcox War Bowl

Dominic Wilcox is creating a special black version of his English Civil War bowl (above) and a red version of his Battle of Waterloo bowl – both part of his classic War Bowls series made from melted toy soldiers.

Wilcox is also selling some of his unique drawings (above).

Ceramic tableware by Jaime Hayón

Jaime Hayon will curate a selection of glass and ceramic objects he has designed for various brands (above: porcelain for Kutani Choemon) and is working on a unique limited edition product that will only be on sale at The Temporium.

Change the Record by Paul Cocksedge

Paul Cocksedge will present a special Christmas version of his Change the Record speaker (above), with a white label allowing customers to write their own message on the product before giving it as a gift. See our video interview with Paul about Change the Record.

Iconograph by Werner Aisslinger

Dezeen Watch Store will also take part in The Temporium, selling our full collection of watches including Iconograph by Werner Aisslinger (above) plus we’ll be selling our new book, Dezeen Book of Ideas (below), as well as our highly desirable T-shirts, bags and stickers!

Other designers and brands confirmed for the store include jewellery designer Fiona Paxton (below), retailer Theo, designer low-energy bulb brand Plumen, retro phone-makers Hulger and furniture and lighting brand Matilda. Many more names and products will be announced over the coming weeks.
