Even tough – in my part of the world – spring has kicked in, a super cool blanket is always a yes! Just came across Norwegian brand Røros Tweed and love the diversity of prints and colors on their plaids.. working together with different Scandinavian designers like Anderssen & Voll (also designers for Muuto) makes this happen. Røros Tweed has been around since 1940 and their designs are made of wool from Norwegian sheep.. pure, environmental-friendly and just plain gorgeous! Just recently found out about these super pretty cushions by Jennifer + Smith. Beautiful bold prints! Stunning colors like mandarin & blueberry combined with black & white.. definitely a cool statement on your sofa. This Sydney based brand has been designing since early 2012.. all cushions are screen-printed and sewn by hand. I'm a huge fan of their oversized cushions.. they'll do just great to snuggle up to with a nice cup of tea, don't you think? x Christine – House of C

If you haven’t already heard of Room39 then we’re glad you’ve found your way to this post, because Room39 is definitely a brand worth checking out. A lifestyle brand launched in 2010 by textile designer, Petra Green, Room39 embraces both modern and traditional design sense in their products. Unafraid of color and pattern, they truly make an impression with their bright colors and prints.

Other than eyecatching designs, their products are also very unique like this lace felt throw. Definitely a great statement piece for any bedroom. (I stared at it for a good 3 minutes, I love the simplicity and boldness of the design.)

Doesn’t hurt that Room39  products are all wonderfully styled and shot. Looking through their website you can already imagine many of the items in their perfect place in your own home.

Lile Sadi has all kinds of exciting home accessories. The aim of their original textiles, wallpapers, and bevy of interior products, is to bring minimalism and joy into the homes of people, and I think their products definitely do that. I love that whatever you find in their online shop is unique. What I mean is that they carry bread boards, but instead of the usual shapes, it comes in the shape of a bear. How fun is that? 

Their prints are also featured in their wallpapers. The newest range is definitely something that will have us reaching for our wallets. The reoccuring bear print throughout their products is a really quirky take on animal prints, which I totally approve of for a wallpaper!

Last week we featured their Lile Sadi Petite collection on Bloesem Kids, and we totally reccommend the wallpapers for the rooms of the little ones too.  A fun way to decorate the room , and that you won't look back on and think " why did mom choose that wallpaper?! What was she thinking?" We've all thought that at one point of time, whether it's about a hair cut we had as a child or our fashion sense back then.

Christmas might be over but looking at these shots from the Alfred Collection has really put us in the mood for fine dining and setting the table to perfection. What better way than by using these gorgeous table cloths from the Alfred Collection! They are pure genius. The simple colors and basic lines, such minimal elements that came together to create the perfect setting for your food that will not take away from the beautiful dishes that have taken so much effort to whip up, and yet looks beautiful on its own.

We don't know about you, but these are the perfect excuse to get some friends over for a post-holiday party. It's 2014, the only rule is that there are no rules! Have a dinner party just to bust out these amazing 100% linen goodness!
