Graphic design is usually categorized in the arts, but with this position, your skills are actually a part of science. Scientific American is in search of an art director for their top-notch consumer science magazine, based in New York City.

Here, you’ll work with the entire creative department — design director, photo editor, editors and artists — to come up with captivating layouts for the monthly publication. You’ll also manage photo shoots while putting your professional design experience to work.
