Mix a few spoonfuls in warm water as a tasty broth, or freeze in an ice cube tray. The frozen cubes make a fun and nutritious treat for hot days.

Practical problems are manifold–while wearing the jacket you’re not going to sit through a flight, we’ll see if they let you stuff it in the overhead bin–and you sure ain’t gonna hug Granny Moses when you land, unless you want to fracture her pelvis with your iPad./p
