Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company is a recognized leader in confections with a wide range of product offerings including gum, mints, hard and chewy candies, lollipops, and chocolate. This position will augment our team’s ability to identify, create and develop the next generation consumer focused products and experiences. Currently our team is primarily staffed with Mechanical Engineers. The addition of Industrial Design will expand our creative capabilities beyond what we currently have.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Create & refine ideas/concepts – translation of consumer insights and other project inputs/constraints into actionable items
+ Conceptualize and develop 2D & 3D artifacts including storyboards, presentations, visual and functional prototypes etc
+ Participate in research activities including synthesis of consumer insights from collected data
+ Work with brand & regional teams to insure brand and other regional needs are appropriately translated
+ Plan, lead and conduct creative ideation sessions and workshop
