He or she will design effective user interfaces for medical devices, consumer appliances and other complex devices—interface platforms include dedicated medical devices, desktop computers, and mobile devices (personal and car-based). The ideal candidate can work from rough hand sketches to pixel-level finished computer designed files to produce screen layouts in various levels of fidelity (paper prototypes to wireframes to Flash simulations) to support user testing.
