Sustainable Orgami Lights
Posted in: UncategorizedUsing his own original origami folding compositions, designer Jiangmei Wu’s latest creation is this series of light fixtures made from recycled cotton paper and LED light bulbs. Each shade can be compressed into a flat piece (for easy shipping or storage), but once folded they are entirely self-supportive. Organic in construction and material, it’s a beautiful collection that is at once simple and intricate.
