This year marks the inaugural designjunction, an exhibition of British designers that will be held in Zona Tortona in Milan, concurrently with the Salone. It will be well worth a visit to view new and never-before-seen designs from the likes of Anglepoise, ANYTHING, Benchmark, Channels, Kawamura Ganjavian, Innermost, Modus, Race Furniture, Melin Tregwynt and Wedgwood.

The space, the former Riva-Calzoni building that is now Zegna headquarters, will be art directed by none other than Michael Sodeau, who has created designs for several of the exhibitors in the past—we’re fans of ANYTHING, a collaboration Suikosha. designjunction also marks the debut of +stone, Sodeau’s most recent collaborative project with Portugal’s Sienave.

Last but not least, Roll & Hill, is the lone American among the group of esteemed UK designers. We were there when designer Jason Miller launched the brand last year, and we’re eagerly anticipating more information and images of his new work.

Suffice it to say that this will be a must-see event for anyone who will be in town for the Salone this year. More details and teaser pics after the jump →
