The School of Interior Design in the Faculty of Communication & Design at Ryerson University (RSID) invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position, at the Assistant Professor level, beginning August 2012. The successful candidate has a strong body of work in one or more of the following areas of expertise: advanced computer-aided design, rapid-prototyping, health-care design, and design theory with a significant history of research and publishing. The School of Interior Design aims to offer a Masters of Interior Design, and the successful candidate will be teaching undergraduate as well as future graduate courses, taking an active role in curriculum development, and expanding research and industry collaborations within the school.
