Pop Star Styles – How to Get the Look Without Looking Ridiculous
Posted in: Uncategorized  | They rock out in videos, steal the spotlight on the red carpet and seem to make even a trip to the gas station look like a study in Glam 101! The pop star styles of Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, Rihanna and Katy Perry seem to make everything from cut-offs to couture look crazy cool. We love their creativity – but sealing ourselves up in a giant egg, dressing in head-to-toe straight-from-the-runway leopard Givenchy, flesh-colored body suits, sheer Gaultier gowns or whipped cream bras definitely doesn’t work in the real world. However, there are lessons to be learned from these fashion risk-takers. For a few pointers, StyleList went to top stylists Mia Morgan (Beyonce) and Joey Tierney (Britney Spears, Pussycat Dolls) for advice on standing out – but not getting unwanted attention!
