As a Senior Brand Designer for Nike, you’ll work in collaboration with an Art Director or Design Director, developing and driving innovative solutions for 2d and 3d design including graphics and/or environments. You’ll create “visual centers” that establish design foundations for specific segments of the business. You’ll develop an expertise against a specific Brand Driver, segment and/or business category as well as utilize exceptional design skills and demonstrate innovation in creating original designs. You’ll communicate and present design concepts and create presentation materials that effectively communicate those concepts. You’ll help lead design efforts for assigned category and/or group and ensure feasibility of designs. You’ll demonstrate expert-level knowledge of current trends, color, technology and other design influencers. You’ll share knowledge, experience and skill with other design staff; work with design counterparts to ensure continuity across category lines/areas of focus. In addition, you may lead projects, establish direction and manage designers on a per project basis.
