Lots of new advertising has been sent into CR Towers lately; here’s a selection of our favourites. First up, director Dougal Wilson brings his signature charm to this new ad for Hovis, from Dare in London. Creatives: Gavin Torrance, Danny Hunt. Prod co: Blink.
Next, the latest spot in the long-running ‘hard graft’ campaign for Strongbow cider sees two blokes overcoming all manner of obstacles in order to deliver a sofa to an old lady. But will she like it? Spring has firmly sprung, which means summer is just around the corner. The sunny season is celebrated in style by Karmarama in this new spot for travel website Lastminute.com. Creative directors: Sam Walker, Joe De Souza; director: Sam Walker; prod co: Kream.

R/GA London has created a campaign for the Nokia E7 phone titled Success Redefined, which comprises of a series of short films based on the theme ‘success is what you make it’. Two shorts have been released so far: shown above top is a film about Australian wrestler Matthew Wilson’s quest to be a WWE star, and below that is a charming film about Hong Kong-based urban beekeeper and founder of HK Honey, Michael Leung.
Saatchi & Saatchi in Guangzhou, China has created this interactive game for Ariel washing power. The game sees gigantic digital T-shirts hung up in public places, with players given Wii-style controllers that allow them to squirt virtual ketchup, mustard and other stains over the white shirts. Other players are then given Ariel controllers to clean the shirts back to white. Creatives: Edmund Choe, Andy Greenaway, Fan Ng, Wendy Chan, Jonathan Ip, Qi Lin, Ocean Ye, Kobe Yu.
