New French Connection films from 101

Last month, French Connection and agency 101 released a short, enigmatic trailer for a series of upcoming ads. The first two films in the campaign have now been released…

The new campaign moves the focus of French Connection’s advertising away from the previous theme of The Man/The Woman, to focus instead on the clothes. Short films have been created around various items, including, shown here, the ‘lucky shirt’ and the blouse.

Further films will follow in the coming weeks. The campaign is created by 101, the new start-up from former Fallon partners Richard Flintham, Laurence Green and Mark Elwood, who were also behind the earlier FC work, created while at Fallon. The films are directed by Leila & Damien De Blinkk, with production from OneSix7.
