Day two was dynamic with great presentations from Steelcase’s Jim Hackett on designing systems, Jeanne Liedtka (UVA Darden Busines School), Ted London (University of Michigan), Navroze Godrej (Institute of Design), John Seely Brown (Deloitte Center for the Edge) and Larry Keeley (Doblin).
