Reporting to the Riddell Football R&D Project Manager, the Football Design Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design and development of innovative, world-class football protection products and accessories. The Football Design Engineer will problem solve and brainstorm new ideas in search of best solution via conceptual hand drawings to 3D CAD software images. The Football Design Engineer will further elaborate ideas through desktop modeling and rapid prototyping, and interact as a member of a small team from Testing, Marketing and Quality as needed by supplying renderings, technical drawings and building prototypes for both lab and field testing.
