These new Nike Grind Dumbbells are made using Nike Grind Rubber, waste material generated during the footwear manufacturing process.

The material makes up roughly 20% of the volume of each dumbbell, providing a durable, rubbery texture.

The handles are ergonomically-shaped, and increase in diameter as the weight amounts get higher. The dumbbells start at 2.5 lbs and go up to 25 lbs in 2.5-lb increments, then up to 50 lbs in 5-lb increments.

The color blend varies depending on what colorways Nike produces during any given season.

They’re sold in pairs, from $30 for the 2.5-lb set up to $210 for the 50-lb set.
