I am loving scalloped ruffles like the ones here on this adorable lavender chiffon tank. However, ruffles can come in all shapes and sizes. Ruffles are the cutest when found on a lovely summer skirt or sundress. Color-wise, you should aim for ruffled pieces in soft tones like a sea-foam green or blush. |
