Over the past week, Bloesem played host to Rubyellen and Ben of Cakies. The sweet couple came all the way from LA so that Rubyellen could share her felt flower making expertise with some of our Bloesem class students!

We had a blast creating, chatting about everything from crafts to kids (Rubyellen and Ben have 4 adorable girls) and eating some delicious food. The photographs that follow will explain everything that happened during class.

Other than teaching, Rubyellen also explored our city with her husband and wow oh wow, we can’t get enough of her instagram shots of Singapore! Seriously, she definitely sees Singapore in a much more beautiful light than we do. Singapore is beautiful but some of her shots made us double take and question whether we were living in the same place she was visiting. See for yourself! This is our favorite..
