Class Alert: Pajaki Chandelier making with Rubyellen Bratcher

Most of you already know that Rubyellen of Cakies Blog will be visiting sunny Singapore at the end of this month and she will be teaching classes on felt flower making! Yesterday we announced a second class: Pajaki Chandelier Making!

Pajaki Chandeliers, or Polish paper mobiles, are truly beautiful craft pieces wouldn’t you agree? Traditionally, these mobiles are a symbol of good health and happiness. They definitely make us happy! With some simple craft supplies available at our local craft stores, together with direction and encouragement from our teacher, Rubyellen Bratcher, you too will be able to create your own Pajaki chandelier that you can hang proudly in your own home. The colorful and vibrant decor pieces will act as a cheerful pop to any room in your home, plus you made it yourself which automatically deems it pretty impressive. While Rubyellen is in town, she will also be teaching classes on felt flower making. With the skills you pick up in both classes, you could make all sorts of pretty wreaths and mobiles. 

What you can expect is the Bloesem standard: 2.5 hours of fun, learning and scrumptious food and drinks. In the company of your fellow crafters (say hello to a handful of new crafty friends!), we will all have a night off from the stresses and chaos of daily life and just spend some time focusing on creating beautiful pieces of art. With a goody bag filled with craft supplies so you can continue on your chandeliers at home, we will bid each other goodnight but continue keeping up with everyone’s craft adventures via instagram.

We have very limited spaces and as usual this is a one time event, so make sure you sign up quickly. We have gotten so many emails of students missing classes because they think they Bloesem classes are on a regular schedule, eg. once every month, but our teachers fly in especially for class so make sure you don’t miss them.
